Quang Ninh streamlines internal organizations, public service units, state-owned enterprises
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has just issued a plan to streamline internal organizations, public service units, and state-owned enterprises in the province.
According to the plan, Quang Ninh will carry out a large-scale arrangement, merger, dissolution, and reorganization of public service units, especially in the fields of education and health. It is expected that through the arrangement, about 163 focal points of public service units in the province will be reduced (excluding commune-level educational institutions). The arrangement is implemented by the province in close compliance with the direction, policies and orientations of the Central Government to ensure increased leadership of the Party, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of state management, while promoting the proactive, creative and responsible role of Party committees, authorities and agencies, units and localities in implementation. Along with that, closely combine streamlining the organizational apparatus, streamlining the payroll with restructuring, improving the quality of the staff and civil servants; continue to promote decentralization, delegation of power, reform of administrative procedures associated with the responsibility of the head.
