Quang Ninh temporarily suspends the transfer and appointment of inspectors
Quang Ninh - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has just signed Document No. 888/UBND-TKTH, dated March 31, on the temporary suspension of the transfer, appointment, and dismissal of inspectors.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province requested agencies, units and localities to implement a number of contents from April 1, 2025 until the completion of the implementation of the Project to reorganize the inspection system as follows.
Temporarily suspend the transfer of Inspectors and Chief Inspectorants working at inspections of departments; district, town and city inspectors to work in other departments, offices and units under departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities (except for cases: Performing prohibited acts as prescribed in Article 8 of the Law on Inspection 2022; Failure to complete tasks for 1 year at the appointed position; Transferring work positions according to the provisions of the Law on Anti-Corruption).
Temporarily suspend the transfer of civil servants working in other departments, offices and units under the departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to inspection agencies of departments, district, town and city inspectorates.
Temporarily suspend the proposal to appoint the ranks of Inspector and Chief Inspector for civil servants working at inspection agencies under departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.
Suspend the dismissal of inspectors for civil servants who are holding inspectors and inspectors, except for the cases prescribed in Clause i, Article 42 of the 2022 Law on Inspection, including: retirement and resignation; For health reasons, family circumstances or other reasons that cannot be completed; The Court sentenced and the judgments and decisions has taken legal effect; Perform prohibited acts prescribed in Article 8 of the 2022 Inspection Law; Failing to complete the 1 -year task at the appointed rank; Convert working positions in accordance with the Law on Anti -Corruption and the case of inspectors and main inspectors mobilized by organizing the apparatus before 1.4.2025.
In special cases, it is really necessary to transfer, appoint, and dismiss the Inspectorate, report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Inspectorate) for consideration and resolution.
