Quang Nam announces new Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee
Mr. Cao Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee was appointed as Secretary of the Duy Xuyen District Party Committee.
On the morning of February 26, Duy Xuyen District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet presented the retirement decision according to Decree 177 of the Government to Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Duy Xuyen District People's Council, from March 1, 2025.
The Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee transferred Mr. Cao Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to work at the Duy Xuyen District Party Committee, appointed him to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee's Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Duy Xuyen District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, from March 1, 2025.
Quang Nam leaders believe that in his new position, Mr. Cao Thanh Hai will continue to promote his capacity, experience, and political courage, together with the Duy Xuyen District Party Committee, to unite and be creative, making the locality increasingly developed.
