Military Region 5 continues to hand over 229 houses in Quang Trung Campaign
Military Region 5 will coordinate with local authorities in Dak Lak to hand over 229 houses to people within the framework of the second phase of the "Quang Trung Campaign".
On January 9, news from Military Region 5 said that tomorrow, the unit will coordinate with local Party committees and authorities of Dak Lak province to organize the handover of 229 houses to people in the eastern part of the province, within the framework of the second phase of the "Quang Trung Campaign".
Previously, in order to deploy a large-scale campaign, Military Region 5 established 610 construction teams and 314 home repair teams, mobilizing more than 8,000 officers and soldiers to participate in supporting people in building and repairing houses.
According to Military Region 5, in the first phase, Dak Lak province was the locality with the largest number of houses needing new construction and repair in the Central region.

To date, the locality has completed 254/606 houses, reaching nearly 42% of the plan. The remaining houses are being urgently deployed, striving to complete on schedule according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
For many months, the image of soldiers in Military Region 5 carrying bags of cement and corrugated iron across muddy roads has become familiar in many remote areas of Dak Lak.
Together with local authorities and people, the army has contributed to building each house and shelter in difficult weather and traffic conditions.
The sound of hammers and accents resounds non-stop, reflecting the urgent pace of a large-scale campaign with profound political and social significance.
The "Quang Trung Campaign" not only contributes to helping people soon stabilize their housing and celebrate the Lunar New Year with peace of mind, but also demonstrates the spirit of "national love, compatriotism", responsibility and sharing of the Party, State, Army, armed forces of Military Region 5 and all levels and sectors.
The "3 hard" houses handed over from the campaign are not only a place for people to live, but also a symbol of the strong military-civilian affection, of the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" always standing side by side with the people, contributing to strengthening trust and creating a solid foundation for people towards a stable and sustainable future.
