Quang Ninh - Ha Long sets a GRDP growth target of 18.8% in 2025. The principle for completion is "Clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results".
On the afternoon of February 17, the Standing Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee held a conference to deploy solutions to complete the city's economic growth target in 2025.
Ha Long sets a target of GRDP growth of 18.8%, exceeding the target set in Resolution No. 88-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee.
To achieve this goal, the city has developed comprehensive solutions, including the implementation of 14 key solutions such as attracting non-budgetary investment, promoting public investment, perfecting urban infrastructure, improving the investment environment, and raising the DGI and DDCI indexes.
The city will focus on restoring production after Typhoon Yagi, resolving problems in industrial projects and developing tourism according to the Project "Ha Long - Festival City".
The expected growth results in 2025 will include: the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 9.5%; the industry - construction sector increased by 17.1%, and the service sector increased by 23%. Total social investment capital is expected to increase by more than 10%.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Ha Long City Party Committee Vu Quyet Tien emphasized: The city's highest determination is to remove bottlenecks, unlock resources to achieve growth goals, with the motto "Clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results".
Immediately after the conference, all departments, units, and localities must develop very specific solutions according to tasks, actual situations and closely follow the growth targets of each region; at the same time, it is necessary to prepare conditions to ensure the city's long-term growth goals.
