Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra offers incense to commemorate Hero Ly Tu Trong
Ha Tinh - On the morning of February 28, Party Secretary of the Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra and the working delegation came to offer incense and flowers at the tomb and Memorial House of Heroic Martyr Ly Tu Trong.
Accompanying the delegation were Comrade Bui Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and comrades in the Secretariat of the Central Youth Union; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries, and branches.
At the tomb and Memorial House of Heroic Martyr Ly Tu Trong, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and members of the delegation offered incense and flowers, respectfully expressing their gratitude to the young hero who bravely and heroically sacrificed himself for the cause of revolutionary struggle, gaining independence and freedom for the Fatherland.
Before the spirit of Heroic Martyr Ly Tu Trong, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra and members of the delegation respectfully bowed, expressing infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the generation of fathers and brothers who dedicated their youth and sacrificed for national independence, freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.
The delegation vowed to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, join hands and hearts, and constantly strive to contribute to building the homeland and country to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
After the incense offering ceremony, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister attended the launching ceremony of Youth Month 2026 and launched the Tree Planting Tet "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" Binh Ngo Spring 2026.
