The Truth National Political Publishing House solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day and received the First Class Labor Medal on December 1.

The 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Truth National Political Publishing House was solemnly held in Hanoi. General Secretary To Lam sent a congratulatory letter and a flower basket.
The ceremony was attended by former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu sent congratulatory flower baskets.
Also attending were former Politburo members: former President Truong Tan Sang; former National Assembly Chairmen: Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former Standing members of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong.
Also attending were Politburo members: Standing member of the 14th National Party Congress Documents Subcommittee Nguyen Van Nen; Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented the First Class Labor Medal to the Truth National Political Publishing House.
80 years ago, on December 5, 1945, the Truth Publishing House - the predecessor of the Truth National Political Publishing House, was officially established. After 80 years of building and developing, promoting its role as the theoretical and political publishing agency of the Party Central Committee, the Publishing House has always strived to excellently fulfill its assigned tasks, maintaining its role as the leading flag in publishing theoretical and political books; propagating and protecting the Party's ideological foundation; spreading theoretical and political knowledge throughout society.
Over the past 80 years, the Publishing House has edited and published many important and valuable publications, promptly serving political tasks, many publications with profound theoretical and practical stature, while constantly innovating content and methods of publishing, promoting the application of technology, improving the quality of theoretical and political books, contributing to improving the Party's leadership and governance capacity, building a clean and strong political system, improving the qualifications and political awareness of cadres, party members and people.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party Agencies, Party Secretary, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the Truth National Political Publishing House - delivered a speech reviewing the glorious tradition of the Publishing House.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam emphasized that over the past 80 years, the Truth National Political Publishing House has not only left its mark in the history of Vietnamese revolutionary publishing, but has also become an inseparable part of the ideological history of the Party and the nation, contributing significantly to the formation of the ideological foundation, theory, shaping the spiritual value system and strengthening social trust in the path of national development that our Party, Uncle Ho and the people have chosen.
