Passengers traveling on Metro Line No. 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) are also exempt from tickets on March 15, 2026.

Through this, the city continues to promote the transition to green transport, reduce personal vehicles, and limit congestion and environmental pollution.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, these free trips bring positive effects when the number of passengers increases by about 17% compared to the same period, and at the same time help people have more convenient and friendly experiences with the city's public transport system.
