Dak Lak - After more than a week of implementing the two-level local government, administrative procedures have been carried out quite smoothly.

In recent days, the number of people coming to Tuy Hoa Ward Administrative Center (Dak Lak) to handle administrative procedures has been quite large.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung, a resident on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Tuy Hoa Ward) said that he went to the center to learn about the procedures for paying compulsory insurance for workers.

Here, he was given specific and dedicated instructions by the staff and required to photocopy the business registration certificate. "Now I come home to prepare all my documents and submit them once for convenience, so I don't have to run around," said Mr. Hung.

Mr. Le Vinh Huynh and his wife went to do the procedures to revise their marriage certificate because their previous middle name was incorrect. The staff here are very enthusiastic and happy. However, because the network system is not yet complete, there are still some difficulties. They said they would try to resolve the matter quickly so that my wife and I would not have to travel at all, Mr. Huynh shared.

Mr. Trinh Van Thuoc - Deputy Director of the Tuy Hoa Ward Public Administration Service Center - said that the center will officially operate from July 1. Previously, the unit was fully invested in facilities to meet the needs of handling administrative procedures for the people.

The center currently has 2 leaders and 11 officers and staff. With a team of well-trained, experienced staff and fully equipped equipment, the center receives and processes hundreds of people coming to transact every day. On the first day alone, about 500 people came to do the procedures.

To support people, the center has flexibly arranged 3 staff members to take turns to guide the procedures. At the same time, the youth union also participated in supporting people to take necessary steps. However, some difficulties still exist, such as unstable internet connection and slow data synchronization, but some problems are being gradually overcome.

"We are trying our best to serve the people. Although it is still difficult to process documents, we always try to resolve them quickly, minimizing people having to travel many times, Mr. Thuoc emphasized.

According to the report of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office, after nearly a week of implementation (from July 1 to 6, the whole province has received 6,270 administrative procedure records.

Of which, more than 3,200 records were submitted partially online, the rest were complete online records. To date, more than 4,600 records have been resolved, achieving a fairly high rate compared to the total number of records received.

However, the implementation process still faces some obstacles such as lacking information technology infrastructure, unsynchronized equipment in some localities, and uneven staff capacity.

In particular, people in remote areas are still not used to submitting documents online, leading to many difficulties in implementing modern administrative procedures.
