Maximum price of notary services in Binh Duong from 1.6.2025
Binh Duong - Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has issued regulations on maximum prices for notary services in the area.
On May 22, Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued regulations on maximum prices for services according to requirements related to notarization in Binh Duong province.
The maximum price is applied to the following services: drafting contracts, transactions; typing, printing contracts, transactions; translating documents; taking pictures of documents; recording archives... as follows:
This maximum price is effective from 1.6.2025.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests that notary practice organizations in the province be responsible for determining specific price levels for each type of notary. The price of notary organizations must not exceed the maximum price prescribed above and must be declared according to regulations. At the same time, publicly post prices at the head office.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and localities to deploy and guide implementation. Then, check the compliance with this decision of notary organizations.
