Party and State leaders visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum
The delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State led by General Secretary To Lam laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), on the morning of April 29, 2025, the Central Party Delegation, President, National Assembly, Government, and Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Also attending the delegation were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, along with many Party and State leaders, former Party and State leaders, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations attended the visiting ceremony.


The delegation expressed their respect and remembered the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the talented leader and Hero of National Liberation. The person who devoted his entire life to the people, to the country, leading our Party and people to achieve glorious victories.
The history of the country will forever record the moment at 11:30 a.m. on April 30, 1975 when the revolutionary flag flew on the roof of Dinh Doc Lap. From here, the South has been completely liberated, and the Vietnamese river has unified a strip.

50 years after the liberation day, Vietnam, from a poor country, has overcome all hardships and challenges, gradually won great victories, becoming one of the countries in the group of high-growth countries in the region and the world.
Looking back on the past 50 years, we are more proud of the majestic history of the nation as well as the continuous efforts of the whole Party, the whole army and the entire people to get these achievements.



These are the important premises to help the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army continue to strive to create even greater and more brilliant achievements, bringing the country to increasingly develop and integrate.
The wreath of the Youth Union bears the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".


Next, the delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State led by General Secretary To Lam laid wreaths at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs (Bac Son Street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi).
In a solemn atmosphere, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State expressed their gratitude to the outstanding children of the nation who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
The wreath of the Youth Union has the words: "Forever grateful to the Heroic Martyrs".

On the same morning, delegations of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense; Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security; City Party Committee, People's Council, Hanoi People's Committee... laid wreaths, visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorated the heroic martyrs.
