Khanh Hoa brings head agencies to centralized administrative headquarters

On the morning of January 28, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held the inauguration ceremony of the Provincial Party Committee's Office, the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee at No. 1 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang Ward.

This is one of the important activities to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

The project is built on a land area of more than 23,000m2, with a total investment of more than 544.6 billion VND, contributing to completing a centralized and synchronous working space for key leadership agencies of the province.

Started on April 2, 2024, the project has an architectural idea inspired by the wing of peace reaching out to the vast ocean, expressing the aspiration for development and integration of Khanh Hoa province.

The structure of the project includes the People's Council block in the center, expressing the ideology of "taking the people as the root".

The two blocs on both sides are the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, symbolizing the unity between political leadership and state management, towards the goal of "Independence - Freedom - Happiness".

The design axis is oriented from the center of the land towards the sovereignty milestone on Truong Sa Lon island, expressing the will towards the sacred sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Notably, the project is one of 50 typical architectural works in the Southern region awarded by the Vietnam Association of Architects with the Certificate of Merit "Exemplary architectural works of southern provinces and cities - 50 years of national reunification".

According to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, bringing the province's key agencies to work at a centralized headquarters is not only of basic construction investment significance, but also a breakthrough in infrastructure serving administrative reform, streamlining the apparatus, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system's operation.

The inter-agency model helps strengthen coordination and continuous direction. At the same time, it creates favorable conditions for people and businesses when contacting work, contributing to saving operating costs for the apparatus.

The project is also designed in an open, friendly direction, allowing people and tourists to access a part of the space, creating architectural and landscape highlights in the central area of Nha Trang.

In particular, the project is implemented according to the green building orientation, EDGE certificate registration, with criteria on efficient use of energy, water, materials, ecosystem conservation and creating a safe and comfortable working environment.

The project is expected to become a new administrative symbol, in line with the development orientation of Khanh Hoa according to Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW of the Politburo to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
