Hung Yen agrees to let Hanoi City be the managing agency for the construction of Ngoc Hoi Bridge

Speaking at the opening of the session, Comrade Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Yen province - emphasized: In order to resolve practical issues as well as requirements and tasks under the authority of the Provincial People's Council, this session, based on the content submitted by the Provincial People's Committee, was unanimously considered, discussed and decided by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council on a number of important contents under its authority.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee presented the submissions and draft resolutions: On the unification of the policy of agreeing to let the Hanoi People's Committee be the managing agency to implement the project of Investment in the construction of Ngoc Hoi bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge; on the approval of the Project to propose recognizing My Hao town as a Type III Urban Area; on the approval of the Regulations on architectural management of Tran Cao town, Phu Cu district.
Adjust the assignment of civil servants and contract workers to support and serve in administrative agencies and organizations of Hung Yen province in 2025; on the assignment of additional staff for education and career in the 2024-2025 school year and the assignment and temporary assignment of staff for career and contract workers in public service units and associations receiving state funding for activities according to the number of employees in 2025.
Regulate preferential treatment for land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment promotion sectors, occupations or investment promotion areas in Hung Yen province; on the allocation and supplementation of the public investment plan for 2025 of land use fee revenue at the provincial level; promulgate a list of land plots to be bid to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province; approve the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Industrial Park No. 01, Hung Yen province...
Speaking at the closing session, Comrade Tran Quoc Toan requested that after this session, the Provincial People's Committee quickly concretize the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, direct relevant agencies to immediately implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; strengthen information and propaganda work on the purpose, significance, and content of each resolution recently approved by the Provincial People's Council to strengthen consensus and high unity of the people in the implementation process; have a plan to allocate resources to implement the resolution, ensuring that the issued policies must be implemented promptly, publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations; strengthen inspection and examination work to promptly detect, rectify, and overcome limitations and weaknesses.
