Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association accelerates to reach national level
Gia Lai - On December 30, the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association held its 1st Congress, term 2025-2030.
According to the report at the Congress, the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has more than 300 young entrepreneurs participating in activities and connecting regularly. In recent years, the Association has organized more than 200 exchange, training, trade promotion programs, connecting markets, creating a favorable environment for members to share management experiences, expand cooperation and improve competitiveness.
The Association focuses on expanding inter-regional cooperation and international linkages with more than 50 activities and over 20 domestic and international cooperation agreements. In particular, social security work has been effectively implemented, with total mobilized socialized resources reaching nearly 5 billion VND.

By 2030, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to maintain a scale of 450 members, of which at least 70% of members participate in regular activities; complete digital transformation in governance before 2027.
The Association strives to organize 60-80 training courses; support 50 startup projects; form 10 enterprises to participate in the national value chain; develop 5 high-tech enterprises; organize 20 policy criticism activities; maintain 30 "business Coffee" programs and 5 regional trade events.
At the same time, the goal of mobilizing 20 billion VND for social security activities is set, maintaining 80 community activities; gradually building a community of young entrepreneurs who are disciplined, connected and contributing sustainably to the development of the province.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association Le Tri Hai hoped that the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association would soon become a dynamic organization, operating effectively, and making an impression nationwide.
At the same time, the Association recommended innovating the growth model, building a local business ecosystem, strengthening industry - product chain linkages; promoting a culture of entrepreneurship associated with social responsibility and caring for workers.

Directing at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union Pham Hong Hiep requested the Association to continue to strengthen its strong organization; promote its pioneering role in innovation, digital transformation, green transformation; promote value chain linkages; clearly affirm social responsibility and cultural identity of Gia Lai young entrepreneurs.
The Congress unanimously elected the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association, term I, consisting of 21 members; the Executive Committee of 61 people; elected Mr. Vu Hong Quan as Chairman of the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Authorized by the President, Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Que awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to Mr. Phan Thanh Thien - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, General Director of Truong Sinh International Science Development Company Limited.
