Hai Phong City People's Council convene first session in 2025

The 23rd session of the Hai Phong City People's Council will take place from 2:00 p.m. on February 20, 2025 at the City Convention Center.

At this session, the Hai Phong City People's Council will consider and give opinions on the following contents: Decision to merge and consolidate a number of specialized agencies under the City People's Committee; regimes and policies to provide additional support for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in implementing the reorganization of the political system in the city; contributing funds from the city budget to implement the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project.

The meeting will consider a resolution on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on principles, criteria, and norms for allocating public investment capital from Hai Phong city budget for the period 2021 - 2025; amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 02/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 18, 2023 of the City People's Council on new rural construction... At the same time, giving opinions on the regulations on the content and level of expenditure for performing scientific and technological tasks using Hai Phong city budget; the level of revenue and unit for calculating environmental protection fees for mineral exploitation in Hai Phong city; adjusting and supplementing the List of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Hai Phong city for the period 2025 - 2026.

At the next session, the Hai Phong City People's Council will also carry out personnel work according to its authority.
