Hai Phong arranges officials to return administrative procedure results throughout Tet to people and businesses
Hai Phong - Hai Phong has just directed to resolve administrative procedures for people and businesses without interruption during the Lunar New Year holiday.
The City People's Committee Office has just issued a document requesting departments, agencies, branches, and related agencies to coordinate to ensure that the return of administrative procedure (TTHC) results to people and businesses during the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday is smooth and uninterrupted.
Accordingly, the Office of Hai Phong City People's Committee requested departments, agencies, and branches under the City People's Committee, City Social Insurance, Tax and City Post Office to proactively arrange civil servants and public employees to hand over the results of administrative procedure resolution to the City Public Administrative Service Center.
The City Public Administration Service Center is responsible for arranging officials, civil servants, and public employees to directly receive handover and organize the return of administrative procedure dossier resolution results to people and businesses throughout the Tet holiday.
The Office of the City People's Committee requests agencies and units to closely coordinate in the implementation process. In case of arising difficulties and obstacles, units should promptly exchange and coordinate with the City Public Administrative Service Center to receive support and handle them, ensuring the rights and needs of people and businesses to resolve administrative procedures.
