Hanoi tightens management of technology drivers and requires businesses to establish separate regulations
Hanoi - The city recommends that departments, branches and localities implement solutions to reduce congestion, ensure traffic order, and tighten the responsibility of businesses in managing drivers.
Accordingly, the Department of Construction and the Department of Culture and Sports are assigned to work with technology transport enterprises and delivery units such as Grab, Be... to request the development of regulations for driver management. Enterprises must have clear sanctions for violations, including account closure, suspension or termination of cooperation. Tightening management is expected to contribute to the formation of a traffic culture, limiting arbitrary parking stops, and obstructing traffic.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are required to review and arrange pick-up and drop-off points, separate goods gathering points in "hot" areas such as hospitals, schools, and shopping malls, to reduce traffic conflicts and the situation of vehicles stopping and parking haphazardly.
In the field of education, it is recommended to strengthen the mechanism for receiving - responding, strictly handling violations of students; at the same time, maintain the model of "safe traffic gate" and strictly manage school buses.
The Department of Construction is also assigned to coordinate the inspection and handling of unregistered, unchanged license plates of service vehicles or unladen badges and signs according to regulations.
