Hanoi announces list of successful candidates for education civil servants in 2025

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training (DET) has just announced the recognition of the recruitment results and successful candidates in the civil servant recruitment exam to work at public educational institutions under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training in 2025.

Accordingly, the total number of admitted candidates is 860, of which the first candidate is 823 people; the second candidate is 37 people.

The list of successful candidates is announced on the Hanoi Department of Education and Training Electronic Information Portal (hanoi.edu.vn).

Requirements for documents for admitted candidates

- Application documents submitted to the Civil Servants' Recruitment Council

To issue a Recruitment Decision for successful candidates and complete the application form according to regulations, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training requires successful candidates to submit to the Department of Education and Training the original documents, certificates, learning results, priority subjects according to the requirements of the recruitment position and complete the recruitment application (submit 2 sets of documents) according to the following list:

a) Preliminary self-reported resumes (in case of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and commune-level civil servants declaring resumes according to form HS02-VC/BNV) with 4x6 cm photo collage confirmed by competent authorities within 6 months from the date of submission;

b) copy of birth certificate ( certified or notarized);

c) A health certificate issued by a medical facility that is eligible for health examination and is still valid according to the provisions of law;

d) Copies of the diplomas and certificates as required by the position, certified by a competent authority. In case the degree or certificate issued by a foreign training institution must be notarized for translation into Vietnamese and recognized by the Certificate Recognition Center, the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training;

e) Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment (if any) certified by competent authorities and organizations;

g) Copies ( certified or notarized) of labor contracts and copies of social insurance payment procedures (for those who have worked for a period of time with compulsory social insurance payment in accordance with the provisions of law, working in the correct industry, training profession or in the correct professional expertise of the recruited job position);

h) Copies of decisions on recruitment or selection, and acceptance of notarized civil servants of competent agencies and units as prescribed by law (if any).

The time to receive documents is from now until December 25, 2025 (morning from 8:00 to 11:30; afternoon from 14:00 to 17:30) (except for holidays: Saturday and Sunday).

Location: Hall on the 1st floor of the Department of Education and Training; No. 23, Quang Trung Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.

- Candidates must complete the application to submit to the admitted educational institution

Within 30 days from the date of the recruitment decision, candidates must self-declare and supplement the civil servant file to include in the management file. This file is the original file of the civil servant. Including the following components:

a) The right to "Citizen calendar" under form HS01-VC/BNV issued with Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV dated June 1, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs stipulates the regime of statistical reporting and management of civil servant records (abbreviated as Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV).

b) "Certificate of civil servant's personal records" according to form HS02-VC/BNV issued with Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV.

c) The official's background will be checked, verified and confirmed by the unit using the official;

d) Judicial records issued by competent authorities.

The time when candidates are admitted to receive the recruitment decision will be announced on the Hanoi Department of Education and Training's Electronic Information Portal; the unit with the recruitment quota will be listed at the Department of Education and Training (No. 23, Quang Trung Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi).
