Provincial Police Director joins the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee

On December 31, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Previously, on December 22, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 2588-QDNS/TW, appointing Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to join the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Presenting congratulatory flowers and assigning tasks, Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh Province - hoped that Major General Nguyen Tien Trung would continue to promote the tradition of the Provincial Police, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee to focus on leading, directing, and mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system to strive to comprehensively complete the goals and targets set by the 16th National Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Major General Nguyen Tien Trung, born in 1978, hometown of Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province, was transferred by the Ministry of Public Security to hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police from November 21, 2025.

Previously, Major General Nguyen Tien Trung was the Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.
