Housing project for armed forces worth 1,925 billion VND to be implemented in Hanoi
The Ministry of National Defense has just announced information on the Project to invest in building housing for armed forces under General Department II in Tay Tuu ward (Hanoi).
Implementing Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development; Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly;
The Ministry of National Defense and Hanoi City People's Committee have agreed on information on the Housing Project for armed forces under General Department II in 2 planning squares coded III-NOXH2 (area of about 17,672m2) and III-NOXH3 (area of about 22,559m2).
Investment objective: Building houses for people's armed forces under General Department II and eligible subjects according to the provisions of law.
The total land area of the project is about 42,647m2 (including the traffic road section with a cross-section of B=17m located between 2 land plots under the project, area of about 2,416m2).
Preliminary information about the total investment capital of the project is about 1,925 billion VND.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of being decided by competent authorities to allocate land, lease land, and change land purpose.
Project implementation progress:
Complete investment and construction procedures (investment, site clearance, land allocation, environment, fire prevention and fighting, design, construction permit, construction commencement): Quarter I/2026 - Quarter IV/2026.
Construction of the project, completion of construction completion procedures: Quarter IV/2026 to the end of 2028.
Mechanisms, preferential policies, and support for investors:
Projects are entitled to incentives and support for social housing construction investment projects according to the provisions of housing law and current regulations.
