On March 7, according to information from the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province, in 2026 the province is expected to start construction of 23 social housing projects with a scale of more than 21,800 apartments.
In the first quarter of 2026, 7 projects will be started, with a scale of more than 8,000 units; in the second quarter of 2026, 9 projects will be started, with a scale of more than 8,200 units. The remaining projects will be scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2026.
In the first 2 months of 2026, Dong Nai province started construction of 4 social housing projects with a scale of more than 4,400 apartments.
Previously, on February 27, the People's Council of Dong Nai province also issued a Resolution on approving the adjustment of the Housing Development Program of Dong Nai province for the period 2021 - 2030. In which, social housing development completed 67,010 units or more, equivalent to about 4,105,650 m2 of floor or more.
