Hot people take the Metro to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to watch the general parade

At nearly 5am, the reporter was present at Phuoc Long Station (a station on the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro line). Right at the station, the number of people parking motorbikes to go to the center was very large.

A security guard here said that although the train had just started running at 5am from Ben Thanh and Suoi Tien stations, at 4am, many people had left to park their vehicles waiting to take the train to the city center to watch the parade and parade.

Right at the gate for ticket admission to the station, many people lined up to get inside. Inside, a few hundred people lined up to go up to the upper floor to take the train.

At the station floor preparing to board the train, there were also nearly hundreds of people waiting for the train. When the train arrived inside the cars were frozen. Many hands raised and shook signaling no place on the cars. Many people tried to board the train, many people could not get up to wait for the following trips.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le, in Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, said that she and her group of friends had been here since nearly 5am but had not been able to get on the train to go after a long wait. In the opposite direction, the station yard was deserted, with only a few people waiting to follow to Suoi Tien bus station.

Mr. Hoang Giang Hai said that his house is in Bao Loc, Lam Dong province. From the afternoon of April 26, he went to Ho Chi Minh City, booked a hotel on Ton That Tung Street with the intention of going to Le Duan Street early this morning to see the parade. However, at nearly 4am, he left the hotel and saw a lot of people and could not get inside, so he had to go to Ben Thanh Station to go back to Thu Duc and return.

Some young people said that because they waited at the stations inside and there was no place to board the train to the center, they had the initiative to take the train to Suoi Tien bus station to get a place to go back to the center.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Toan, a house in Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province, said that from more than 3am, many people in his neighborhood have woke up and invited each other to drive down the stream bus station to go to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to see the parade. At 4am, his house went to Suoi Tien bus station and had to wait more than 30 minutes to send the car, and had to wait until more than 6am to get the train to go.

"It's been 50 years since there's been a parade like this. Although we know that it will be very crowded and difficult, my wife and I both want to go see the parade and join in the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification," Mr. Toan shared.
