High-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visits and works in China
The high-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front began a working visit to China on the morning of April 21.
On the morning of April 21, at the Friendship International Border Gate (Lang Son), the high-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice Presidents - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) set off to attend the Friendship Exchange Program between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the National Government of China and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of 7 provinces of Vietnam and the two Federally run provinces/ominas of China with a third border crossing and visit and work in China.
The working delegation included Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; representatives of leaders of departments and units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; representatives of leaders and delegates from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the 7 provinces of Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Lai Chau.
Welcoming the delegation at the Friendship International Border Gate (Lang Son), on the Chinese side were: Deputy General Secretary of the State Bank of China Zhang Maou Yu; Vice President of the State Bank of Guangxi Wang Nai Xue and leaders and officials of Guangxi Province. On the Vietnamese side, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Consulate General of Vietnam in Nam Ninh, Guangxi, China.

The visit and work in China of the high-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front took place right after the very successful state visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping. This is also one of the practical activities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the Vietnam - China Humanitarian Exchange Year.
Within the framework of the program in China from April 21 to April 25, 2025, the delegation will attend the Friendship Exchange; attend the Conference on exchanging experiences on the Front/Committees (with contents such as: supervision and social criticism; participation in Party and government building; promoting the people's mastery; campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; strengthening the close relationship between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Government of provinces with common borders...); evaluate and summarize the cooperation results between the Front and the Government of provinces with common borders of the two countries after the second Friendship Exchange held in Vietnam in November 2023; plant friendship trees...
The delegation also held meetings with leaders of the National Political Union of China; met with the Secretary of the Quangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; visited the China - ASEAN Information Port, President Ho Chi Minh's Old Housing, socio-economic development models in Guangxi,....
The activities of this delegation are a testament to the determination of the two Parties, two States and peoples of the two countries, including the organizations of the two countries' Frates and Political parties in joining hands to foster traditional friendship, continue to deepen the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership, and promote the building of the Vietnam - China Community of Shared Future of strategic significance.

Also on the morning of April 21, the high-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited Huu Nghi Quan tower at Huu Nghi Quan border gate, Guangxi, China.
