Mr. Lo Van Cuong - Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 2650 on the allocation of food, supplies, and equipment from national reserves to overcome the consequences of floods and natural disasters.

Specifically, a total of 309 tons of rice and many essential rescue and relief equipment were allocated to 17 units and localities.
