At around 4:30 p.m., when the working group led by Lieutenant Colonel Cao Viet Tuan - Deputy Station Chief - was on duty to ensure traffic order and safety at Km418+200, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, a pickup truck suddenly stopped right at the working location of the group.

From the car, a woman jumped down, panicking and crying for help: "brothers, save your husband." Immediately, officers in the working group approached and asked, and learned that the husband named Tran Xuan Truong, residing in Yen Hoi hamlet, Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district - was in a state of severe bone marrow failure, severe difficulty breathing, and needed immediate emergency care.

Because she was afraid that traffic jams during rush hour could delay the journey to the hospital, affecting her husband's life, the wife decided to go to the traffic police working group for help.

Without hesitation, the working group immediately mobilized a specialized vehicle to provide emergency support to take the patient to Nghe An General Hospital. On the way, the working group paved the road and used a loudspeaker to announce the handover of the road, ensuring a smooth journey for the rescue vehicles.

Currently, patient Tran Xuan Truong has been admitted to the hospital for treatment, and his health condition is being actively monitored by doctors and nurses.
