Preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the 855,000 billion VND project in Hanoi
Hanoi - It is expected that on December 19, the city will start the Red River Landscape Avenue Axis project with a total investment of about VND855,000 billion.
The investment project to build the Red River Scenic Avenue Axis has a scope of implementation along the Red River, from Hong Ha Bridge to Me So Bridge, within the administrative boundaries of 19 communes and wards of Hanoi.
In which, the right side of Hong passes through 12 communes and wards including: O Dien, Thuong Cat, Dong Ngac, Phu Thuong, Hong Ha, Vinh Tuy, Vinh Hung, Linh Nam, Hoang Mai, Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Hong Van. On the left side, Hong passes through 7 communes and wards including: Me Linh, Thien Loc, Vinh Thanh, Dong Anh, Bo De, Long Bien, Bat Trang.
The scale of the project implementation area is about 11,000 hectares, including a traffic a wheel of about 80km; a system of landscape and entertainment parks with an area of about 3,300 hectares; and a site clearance area for urban reconstruction of about 2,100 hectares.
According to the reporter's records on December 18, at the area near the foot of Thang Long Bridge, the authorities are urgently preparing for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Red River Landscape Avenue Axis. A series of equipment has been gathered and is ready for construction.
The Red River Landscape Avenue construction investment project is divided into independent component projects, ensuring feasibility and convenience in organization and implementation.
Key component projects: Component project 1 is implemented on the left bank of the Red River, including the traffic Avenue axis on the Ta Ngan side; landscape park, entertainment; site clearance for urban reconstruction.
Component project 2 is being implemented on the right bank of the Red River, including the right bank traffic Avenue; landscape park, entertainment; and site clearance for urban reconstruction.
This component project includes an initial independent component sub-project, which was to invest in building a public park in Phu Thuong ward to serve the groundbreaking ceremony.
Component project 3 is to invest in an underground metro line on the right bank of the Red River with a length of about 45km. The establishment of the underground metro line aims to synchronously connect with the city's urban railway system, ensuring the development of modern and long-term transport infrastructure.
Component project 4 is a resettlement urban area, implemented on site within the scope of a comprehensive investment project in the form of high-rise apartment buildings; at the same time, it is possible to consider implementing it in adjacent land funds to pay investors, including low-rise housing and high-rise apartments.
According to the report of the Standing Committee of the City People's Committee Party Committee, the preliminary total investment of the Red River Landscape Avenue Axis Project is about 855,000 billion VND.
Investors selected to implement the project must fully meet the financial capacity conditions according to regulations and be responsible for completing investment policy procedures within 6 months.
The project is expected to be completed in 2030.
