Hung Yen urban development program for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030
On April 14, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee met to give opinions on a number of reports on the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's resolution and the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Also attending were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; members of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of districts, towns and cities.
At the meeting, leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented a draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 13-NQ/TU dated October 8, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee, 19th tenure, on the Program for the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values and historical relics associated with tourism development in Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
The leaders of the Department of Education and Training presented a draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU dated October 8, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on the Education and Training Development Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology presented a draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated June 15, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on the Digital Transformation Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
The leaders of the Department of Finance reported the summary of the implementation of Conclusion No. 223-KL/TU dated June 24, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the Project to attract investment and improve provincial competitiveness (PCI) of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
The leaders of the Department of Construction presented a report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated June 28, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on the Hung Yen Provincial Traffic and Transport Development Program for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030 and a report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TU dated July 5, 2022 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on the Hung Yen Provincial Urban Development Program for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
Delegates focused on discussing and supplementing the achieved results, difficulties and limitations in the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's resolutions and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; at the same time, proposing and recommending to the Provincial Party Committee a number of specific contents and solutions for the Provincial Party Committee to continue to lead and direct the implementation in the coming time.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the draft report. At the same time, it affirmed the results in implementing the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee expressed in the reports are the efforts and high political determination of authorities at all levels, contributing to the successful and comprehensive implementation of the socio-economic development goals of each year and of the entire period of 2021-2025.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and branches to supplement the results and targets for implementing the resolutions and conclusions that the delegates specifically contributed at the meeting to complete the report to ensure quality
