The message "Under the glorious flag we are one" affirms the unity of the nation, the belief, the will and aspiration to reach the future. The program combines expression art with modern performance technology, connecting not only through television signals but also through the sacred fiber of the national soul - from the thousand-year-old capital, the ancient capital rich in cultural traditions, to the City named after the dynamic Uncle.
