President Luong Cuong inspects the operation of the two-level government in Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh - This morning (September 29), Politburo member and President Luong Cuong inspected the operation of the two-level government in Quang Ninh province.

According to VNA, this morning, during a working trip to Quang Ninh province, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong attended a seminar at the Quang Chinh 6 Village Party Cell on the operation of local government at two levels after the merger and preparations for the first Quang Ha Commune Party Congress.

Next, President Luong Cuong visited the Quang Ha Commune Public Administration Service Center.
