Government requests continued organizational restructuring

The Government has just issued Resolution No. 36/NQ-CP dated March 6, 2026 on the regular Government meeting in February 2026.

According to the Resolution, in the coming time, the world situation is forecast to continue to fluctuate complicatedly and unpredictably; geopolitical tensions, military conflicts, and prolonged strategic competition between major countries; global economic and trade growth contains many risks and the risk of supply chain breakdowns recurring...

For our country, in 2026, we will both focus on concretizing and implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, implementing key tasks and solutions for socio-economic development in 2026, including a double-digit growth target, and continue to arrange the organizational structure, especially public non-business units; organize elections of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

At the same time, continue to handle internal difficulties and obstacles and respond promptly and effectively to arising issues; natural disasters, extreme climate change, and unpredictable developments also pose many challenges and great pressures for the direction and administration of socio-economic development.

The Government requests to closely monitor the developments of the world situation, promote research, improve forecast quality, promptly advise on socio-economic management solutions and appropriate and effective policy responses, adapt to new situations and adjust policies of countries; absolutely not to be subjective, negligent, or lose vigilance.

Manage monetary policy proactively, flexibly, promptly, effectively, closely coordinate with fiscal policy and other macroeconomic policies; ensure liquidity, contribute to controlling inflation, maintaining macroeconomic stability, meeting capital needs for the economy; direct credit institutions to direct credit capital flows into production and business, priority sectors, and growth drivers.

Strictly manage the gold market; investigate and evaluate the real estate market, credit market, and capital market; promote the development of stable, safe, and effective stock markets and corporate bonds.

Effectively implement inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution, and corruption, negativity, and waste prevention and control; promote cutting and simplifying administrative procedures, and providing online public services to people and businesses.

Promote the effectiveness of Steering Committees and Working Groups of Government Members. Strengthen administrative discipline and labor discipline; effectively implement coordination between ministries and local agencies in handling work; thoroughly overcome the situation of slow answers when opinions are collected.

Promote cutting and simplifying administrative procedures. Overcome the situation where agencies and organizations require people and businesses to provide information already available in national and specialized databases, and provide verification copies of personal information or documents that have been integrated and connected and shared on VNeID.

Strictly control the promulgation of administrative procedures by localities, review and immediately abolish unnecessary procedures; implement the plan to reduce administrative procedures and business conditions that have been approved.

Continue to review and restructure processes, nghiệp vụ and administrative procedures on land; issue norms - economic and technical construction, update land database according to authority, complete in March 2026.
