Decision 04/2025/QD-TTg stipulates the compensation regime for those who conduct competition litigation and those who witness the investigation of competition cases.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has just signed and issued Decision No. 04/2025/QD-TTg on the compensation regime for members of the National Competition Commission, competition litigation providers, appraisers, interpreters, and witnesses.

According to the decision, members of the National Competition Commission are entitled to a special allowance regime of VND 2,340,000/person/month.

Competition case investigators are compensated VND 80,000/person/day during the time assigned to investigate the competition case.

Translators summoned and invited by the Investigation Agency on Competition Cases to participate in the working session during the investigation of the competition case will receive compensation according to regulations on interpretation costs in the regime for receiving foreign guests and spending on organizing international conferences and seminars in Vietnam.

The appraiser and witness who is summoned and invited by the Investigation Agency on the Competition case to participate in the working session during the investigation of the competition case will be compensated 100,000 VND/person/day.

The Chairman of the Board for handling the case of competition restrictions was compensated 150,000 VND/day.

Members of the Council for handling competition restrictions, members of the Council for handling complaints deciding to handle competition cases will be compensated VND 100,000/person/day.

This Decision takes effect from April 1, 2025.
