According to the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, this year, the flag-raising and red-dying activities of the factory are of even greater significance, as the country celebrates the 50th anniversary of the National Union.

In Quang Nam, joining the atmosphere of the whole country in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, Panko Tam Thang Garment Company Limited - the Korean enterprise with the largest number of employees in Tam Thang Industrial Park, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam organized a vibrant emulation movement, attracting more than 5,000 workers to participate.
During the two peak days of April 28-29, all 7 garment, weaving and dyeing workshops of the company were decorated with national flags. What is special is that the company's trade union is not only the launching unit but also directly mobilizes workers to participate in decorating the factory, creating a solemn but equally bustling and cozy atmosphere.
Ms. Duong Thi Tu Anh - Trade Union Official of Panko Tam Thang Company - said: "We want every worker, even though working in a foreign-invested enterprise, to still feel the national pride and the great significance of the day of national reunification. That spirit is the motivation for workers to be more attached to and compete in labor".
Not stopping in the form, from the beginning of the week until now, the company's workers have also done the ritual of saluting flags and singing the national anthem at the beginning of each shift. Revolutionary traditional music is opened throughout the working hours, creating an atmosphere of emulation bustling throughout the workshops.
Mr. Tran Luan - Director of Factory 10 shared: "This is the first time I have worked in a foreign-invested enterprise where patriotism is expressed so strongly. Every morning of flag-raising, I feel like I am fueled with energy to work more effectively.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien - a garment factory worker - expressed: "Seeing the whole factory covered with red flags with yellow stars, everyone was moved. Especially when we see the Korean board of directors participating and supporting the celebration activities, we feel respected, thereby becoming more attached to the company.
Representatives of Korean business leaders expressed their appreciation for Vietnam's solemn holiday and said that sharing such cultural and historical values helps connect employees with businesses. That is contributing to the sustainable development of the company in Quang Nam.
