The Ministry of Health appoints a series of leaders of affiliated units
On the afternoon of March 4, Central Party Committee member and Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan chaired a conference to announce decisions on the organization and personnel work of the Ministry of Health.
Receiving 1,000 personnel from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Health) said that according to Decree No. 42/2025/ND-CP dated February 27, 2025, the Ministry of Health has 31 tasks and powers. Regarding the organizational structure, the Ministry of Health has 20 units.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health has also carried out the units of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs including: Children's Department, Department of Social Protection, Department of Social Evils Prevention to the Ministry of Health. With 10 non -business units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs with nearly 1,000 civil servants, officials and employees.
Authorized by Minister Dao Hong Lan, Director Nguyen Hong Son announced information on the organizational structure and the decision to appoint and receive officials of the Ministry of Health.
Accordingly, the Department of Disease Prevention was established on the basis of the Department of Preventive Medicine, the Department of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and the Department of Medical Environment Management.
The Department of Social Protection was established on the basis of the Department of Social Protection and the Department of Social Disaster Prevention (both under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs), the Ministry of Health received.
The Department of Maternal and Child Health was established on the basis of merging the Department of Maternal and Child Health and the Department of Children (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs).
The Minister of Health appoints Mr. Dinh Anh Tuan - Director of the Maternal and Child Health Department (Ministry of Health) to hold the position of Director of the Maternal and Children's Department of the Ministry of Health.
Appointing Mr. Tong Tran Ha, Mr. Nguyen Van Chi, Mr. Tran Dang Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health (Ministry of Health) to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health
The Ministry of Health received and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Mr. Vo Vinh Nam, Ms. Tran Thi Bich Loan - Deputy Director of the Department of Children (Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Mothers and Children.
Thus, the Department of Mothers and Children has 1 Director and 6 Deputy Directors.
The Department of Prevention has 1 Director and 7 Deputy Directors
The Minister of Health appointed Mr. Hoang Minh Duc - Director of the Department of Preventive Medicine (Ministry of Health) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Prevention.
Appointing the following grandparents: Mr. Le Hoang - Deputy Director of Department of Health Environment Management; Mr. Vo Hai Son - Deputy Director of HIV/AIDS Department of Prevention and Control; Mr. Duong Chi Nam - Deputy Director of Department of Health Environment Management; Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam - Deputy Director of Preventive Medicine Department; Ms. Le Thai Ha - Deputy Director of Department of Health Environment Management; Mr. Pham Duc Manh - Deputy Director of HIV/AIDS Department of Prevention and Control; Ms. Nguyen Minh Hang Deputy Director of Preventive Medicine Department; hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Health Prevention and Disease. Thus, the Department of Disease prevention has 1 Director and 7 Deputy Director.
The Minister of Health received and appointed Mr. To Duc - Director of the Department of Social Protection (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Social Protection of the Ministry of Health.
Receiving and appointing the following personnel: Ms. Pham Thi Hai Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Social Protection; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Social Protection; Mr. Cao Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention; Mr. Le Duc Quang -Deputy Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention; Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention; hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Social Protection of the Ministry of Health.
Thus, the Department of Social Protection has 1 Director and 5 Deputy Directors.
Also this afternoon, the Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan awarded the decision to mobilize Ms. Luong Mai Anh - Director of the Department of Health Environment Management (Ministry of Health) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology and Training (Ministry of Health).
At the same time, based on the 42 -year -end organizational structure of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment changed its name to the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment. This afternoon, the Minister of Health also awarded the decisions to appoint leaders of the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Loi as Director of Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment;
Appointed Mr. Nguyen Tu Hieu; Mr. Le Van Dung; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu - Deputy Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment under the Ministry of Health.
