The Ministry of Construction appoints 146 heads and deputy heads

On the afternoon of March 3, the Ministry of Construction provided press information on the Conference to announce the decisions of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction and the Minister of Construction on organization and personnel work.

On February 19, 2025, the Government Party Committee issued Decision No. 25-QD/DU on the establishment of the Ministry of Construction Party Committee including 58 affiliated party organizations with more than 12,000 party members. The Ministry of Construction Party Committee under the Government Party Committee, was established on the basis of reorganizing the Ministry of Construction Party Committee and the Ministry of Transport's Party Committee.

The Government Party Committee also issued Decision No. 27-QD/DU on appointing members to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Construction's Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

37 comrades were appointed to join the Executive Committee of the Ministry of Construction; 13 comrades were appointed to join the Standing Committee of the Ministry of Construction; 05 comrades were appointed to join the Party Committee Inspection Committee; 03 comrades are appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Construction.

Comrade Tran Hong Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Government Party Committee, Minister of Construction, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction for the 2020 - 2025 term.

On the basis of merging party organizations, on March 3, 2025, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction announced a new establishment decision for 18 parties and sub -branches; The decision to establish agencies and advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee (Party Committee Office, Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Propaganda Department and Mobilization, Party Committee Inspection Committee) and decision to appoint leaders of advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee.

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated February 18, 2025, based on the proposal of the Minister of Construction, the Prime Minister signed and issued Decree No. 33/2025/ND-CP dated February 25, 2025 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction.

The Ministry of Construction has 23 organizations, of which 19 organizations help the Minister perform the function of state management and 4 organizations are public service units serving the function of state management of the Ministry of Construction.

On 3.3.2025, the Ministry of Construction announced the Ministers of the Minister of Construction on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry's organizations; The decisions of the Minister of Construction appointed head and deputy leaders of 146 officials of agencies and units under the Ministry of Construction.

In the process of arranging and streamlining the apparatus, the Party committees, party organizations, collectives, cadres, civil servants, officials and employees at agencies and units have agreed and agreed very high with the methods of leadership, drastic guidance, determination of goals, requirements, principles to ensure the Party's rules, the laws of the State and the Central's direction.

In addition, the Ministry of Construction has also thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.
