Authorized by the Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang has just signed a Report on the draft Decree to replace Decree No. 29/2023 dated March 6, 2023 of the Government regulating staff streamlining to the Ministry of Justice for appraisal.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that in Conclusion No. 137 of the Politburo, the Secretariat on the Project to rearrange and reorganize administrative units at all levels and build a model of organizing local government at both levels has requested to "ending the use of non-professional workers at the grassroots level (commune, ward, town)".
