Appointment of personnel of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions
Hanoi - The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has just appointed 4 Department Heads and 9 Deputy Heads of Departments for professional departments and the Department's Office.
On March 6, the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held a conference to announce the Decision of the City People's Committee on regulating the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure of the Department and personnel work.
In Decision No. 12-QD/dy, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, consisting of 4 Party cells with 41 Party members; appoint the Party Executive Committee of the Department's agency, consisting of 7 comrades.
Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Quan, Deputy Director in charge of the Department, holds the position of Deputy Secretary; Mr. Phan Vu, Head of Professional Department 3, holds the position of Deputy Secretary.
The Department is a specialized agency under the City People's Committee, performing the function of advising and assisting the City People's Committee in state management of ethnic groups, beliefs and religions.
The Department has legal status, has a seal and account according to the provisions of law; is under the direction, management and operation of the City People's Committee; at the same time, is under the direction, inspection and guidance on expertise and profession of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions...
The civil servant payroll of the Department is assigned based on job positions, associated with functions, tasks, scope of activities and is included in the general payroll of civil servants, within the city's administrative agencies and organizations assigned by competent authorities.
At the conference, leaders of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions presented the Department's decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, 4 comrades were appointed to the position of Department Head and 9 comrades were appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Professional Departments and the Department Office.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Quan, Deputy Director in charge of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic and Religion, said that the establishment of the National Department of Ethnic and Religion on the basis of the City Ethnic Minority Committee receives the functions and tasks of the Religious Affairs Department - the Department of Home Affairs is an important step in the implementation of administrative reform, towards a streamlined, effective and effective country apparatus.
The merger of the Ethnic Committee and the Religious Committee to establish the City Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is not only a change in the organizational structure but also an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of activities in all areas of ethnic and religious work in the city.
