Ministry of Foreign Affairs implements procedures for dissolving the Government Guest House
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is assigned to decide according to its authority and implement the order and procedures for dissolving the Government Guest House in accordance with current legal regulations.
Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son signed Decision No. 457/QD-TTg promulgating the list of public non-business units directly under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Accordingly, public non-business units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs include:
1. Diplomatic Corps Service Department.
2. V75 Foreign Transport Center.
This decision takes effect from March 20, 2026; replacing Decision No. 1642/QD-TTg dated December 29, 2022 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs issued a decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the above units.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides according to its authority and implements the order and procedures for dissolving the Government Guest House in accordance with current legal regulations.
According to Decision No. 1642/QD-TTg dated December 29, 2022, public non-business units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the decision-making authority of the Prime Minister include:
1. Diplomatic Corps Service Department.
2. Government Guesthouse.
3. V75 Foreign Affairs Center.
