The Ministry of Public Security proposes to award titles to 4 colonel-level officers
The two colonels and two lieutenant colonels at the Department and department levels have just been proposed by the Ministry of Public Security to be awarded the title of National Emulation Fighter.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security is organizing a public consultation on the consideration of awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to individuals.
The proposal is based on Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
Individuals proposed by the Ministry of Public Security to be awarded the title include:
Colonel Pham Minh Phong - Deputy Director, Department of Police for Prison Management, Compulsory Education Facilities, and reform schools;
Colonel Phung Van Hue - Warden of Dai Binh Prison, Department of Police for Prison Management, Compulsory Education Facilities, and reform schools;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Hieu - Deputy Head of the Department of Drug Crime Investigation, Hue City Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh - Head of the Department, Investigation Security Department, Hai Phong City Police.
