Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary becomes Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine

On February 28, in Hanoi, the Editorial Board of Communist Magazine held a conference to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung attended and chaired the Conference.

According to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh Province - ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; transferred, assigned, and appointed to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine.

Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate Mr. Hoang Trung Dung and speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung emphasized that the new Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine Hoang Trung Dung is a cadre who has matured from the grassroots, held many positions; is a cadre with a strong ideological stance, always upholding a sense of responsibility and being exemplary in work and activities, always completing assigned tasks well.

According to Mr. Le Minh Hung, the Politburo believes that Mr. Hoang Trung Dung will successfully complete the assigned tasks; requested the leaders, departments and units of the Communist Magazine to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, unity, sharing, supporting and assisting Mr. Hoang Trung Dung in his position as Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine to focus on leading and directing the magazine to perform well the tasks of research, propaganda, dissemination, and education of political theory of the Party and the extraordinary tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, and to build the magazine to develop more and more.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, according to Mr. Le Minh Hung, the Politburo proposed that the Communist Magazine thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints, policies and resolutions, especially the recent instructions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Executive Committee, especially the guiding ideology in the speeches of General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership methods; preventing corruption, waste and negativity; reorganizing the apparatus in the direction of streamlining - compactness - strength, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; breakthroughs in developing science and technology and national digital transformation; research and disseminate more widely throughout the political system.
