Handing over Union Shelter to union members in difficult circumstances
Quang Tri - The Provincial Labor Federation handed over the "Union Shelter" to Mr. Nguyen Son - a union member of Minh Hung Joint Stock Company.
On September 13, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (PLF) said that the unit had just organized the handover of the "Union Shelter" house to union member Nguyen Son, who is currently working at the Minh Hung Joint Stock Company's grassroots union.
The house was started after the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor approved support from the "Union Shelter" Fund with an amount of 50 million VND. After a period of urgent construction, the house was completed on schedule, ensuring quality and put into use to the joy and emotion of Mr. Son's family.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Son expressed his deep gratitude to the Trade Union for promptly encouraging and supporting his family to stabilize their place to live and work with peace of mind.
"I will try harder in production, complete assigned tasks well, contribute to building the company and the Trade Union organization to develop more and more" - Mr. Son shared.
A representative of the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor said that the "Union Shelter" program is a practical and meaningful activity, demonstrating the accompanying role of the Union organization for union members, especially those with difficult housing circumstances.
Through the program, many union members and workers have been supported to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and feel secure in sticking with the enterprise.
