The Secretariat appoints personnel to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission

On the morning of December 31, the Central Internal Affairs Commission held a conference to implement the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work. Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac chaired the Conference.

The conference was attended by Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Standing Committee Le Minh Tri.

At the Conference, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee - announced the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong was born in 1978; graduated from the People's Security Academy, has a PhD in Law (specializing in Criminalology and Crime Prevention), and a Senior degree in political theory.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong has held many positions: Lecturer of the People's Security Academy; officer of the Office of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption; Deputy Director of the Department of Monitoring and Handling of Cases and incidents; Director of the Department of Localities I; Director of the Department of Internal Affairs Affairs Affairs, Central Internal Affairs Committee.

At the Conference, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac congratulated Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong on being trusted by the Secretariat and assigned a new assignment; at the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the process of striving, training, maturing and his contributions in the past time.

The Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission suggested that in his new position, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong continue to promote his sense of responsibility, constantly study, practice, improve his political mettle, professional capacity and practical experience; strive to better complete assigned tasks, meet the increasingly high requirements of internal affairs work, prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong expressed his great honor to be appointed by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

The new Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission promised to seriously implement the direction of the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, continue to strive and practice in his new position; be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; steadfast in the Party's goals and ideals; strictly comply with the Party's ideals and regulations; the Constitution and laws of the State.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong affirmed that he will constantly study, improve his theoretical, professional qualifications, practical courage; maintain moral qualities, clean lifestyle; promote discipline, order, and exemplary spirit.

At the same time, they expressed their determination to work with the leadership of the Central Internal Affairs Commission to promote the tradition of solidarity, responsibility, innovation, improve the quality of strategic advice for the Party in the field of internal affairs, prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform; contribute to maintaining political stability, order, social safety, and strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State.
