Regarding solutions for managing and using assets to bring efficiency and increase resources for the development of the province in the coming time, Mr. Tam said that for real estate facilities assigned to agencies and units, it is necessary to develop effective management and use plans to avoid loss and waste.

For surplus real estate facilities, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and agencies and localities with assets to discuss and find solutions for effective exploitation and use, and report to the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments.
