54 communes, wards and special zones of Quang Ninh simultaneously hold meetings of the Party Executive Committee and People's Council

At this session, the Chairman of the People's Council and the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level gave a speech accepting the assignment. The People's Council at the commune level will pass a resolution on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2025.

In Ha Long ward - a ward established on the basis of merging the two wards of Hong Ha and Hong Hai, the old Ha Long city, at about 6:45 a.m. on July 1, a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; a meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the ward took place.

The Secretary and Chairman of the Ha Long Ward People's Council is Mr. Hoang Ba Nam - former Secretary of the Mong Cai City Party Committee.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee met to unanimously approve important contents, including: Working regulations of the Ward Party Committee; working regulations of the Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision to establish specialized agencies to advise on the work of the Party Committee and the Ward Fatherland Front Committee; receiving Party organizations and Party members; establishing People's Councils, specialized departments, public service units under the Ward People's Committee; establishing grassroots Party cells; establishing specialized agencies to advise on the work of the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee; assigning tasks to comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee; Plan to organize the 1st Ha Long Ward Party Congress, 2025-2030 term; program of supervision, work, work of the Party Committee, work of the Central Committee and work of the Party Committee in 2025; work of the Party Committee's Inspection and Work Committee.

Following the conferences, the People's Council of Ha Long Ward, term I, held its first session to announce the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Quang Ninh Province on personnel work of Ha Long Ward after the arrangement, discussion and resolution of a number of other important contents under the authority of the People's Council; resolution and resolution to approve a series of socio-economic development targets in 2025 based on the existing potential and advantages of a new ward after the merger of Hong Ha and Hong Hai wards.
