On the morning of March 25, Đoàn 871 (General Department of Politics) organized a Conference to announce and award decisions on conferring and promoting the rank of officer and transferring to work for students who graduated from training abroad and graduated in March 2026.

According to the report, 167 students were selected by the Ministry of National Defense and sent to train in 13 countries such as the Russian Federation, Laos, Cambodia, Belarus, India, South Korea, Germany, Australia, Switzerland, USA, France... with many levels and majors; of which 35 students were trained at the doctoral level, 13 master's degrees.
