Two Deputy Ministers of Public Security promoted to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General
On July 14, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong presented the decision to promote the rank from Lieutenant General to Senior Lieutenant General to two Deputy Ministers of Public Security: Pham The Tung and Nguyen Ngoc Lam.
Both of them are members of the Central Public Security Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security.
In July 2024, Mr. Pham The Tung and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lam were appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.
Appointment of the Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police
Hai Phong City Police has just organized the announcement of the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of judicial positions.
Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security decided to appoint Colonel Bui Trung Thanh - Deputy Director of the City Police Department to the position of Head of the City Police Investigation Agency.
