100% of households agree, Hai Phong promotes Vu Cong Dan project to be completed on time

On the afternoon of December 6, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward said that the last household subject to land acquisition to implement the Vu Cong Dan Street renovation and expansion project had agreed to receive compensation, support and hand over the site to the State. This is an important milestone, affirming that all 68/68 affected households have fulfilled their obligations and accompanied the project.

According to Tu Minh ward, the implementation process encountered many difficulties when many cases related to the origin of land use, area, and assets attached to the land need to be carefully verified. In the past time, the ward government has coordinated with the city's departments and branches to organize a series of meetings and dialogues to clarify compensation policies; at the same time, reviewing all records, ensuring that each household is fully guaranteed legal rights according to regulations.

The fact that 100% of households agree to receive money and hand over the site helps the investor have the conditions to speed up the construction progress of the next items. This is also an important basis for the project to achieve the goal of completing transport infrastructure, expanding urban space and improving the quality of life of people in Tu Minh area.

The ward government said it will continue to coordinate and support the contractor during the construction process to ensure the project is completed on schedule, safely, with quality, minimizing the impact on people's lives.

The project to renovate and expand Vu Cong Dan Street (Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City) is a key project of the city, with a total investment of 1,042 billion VND, a length of more than 1.6 km, and a cross-section of 33m. When completed, the route will contribute to completing the traffic network, creating a spacious and modern urban appearance and promoting local socio-economic development.
