Promoting digital transformation and emulation

To implement the emulation theme "Union members and workers emulate innovation - promote digital transformation - improve productivity and efficiency; bring the Resolutions of the Party, Fatherland Front and Vietnam Trade Union into life", in 2026, Trade Union levels and the Capital's working class are determined to be active, dynamic, creative, promote initiatives, technical improvements, innovate working processes, promote research and application of scientific and technical advances, information technology, digital transformation into production, business, and economic management.

The important thing here is that Trade Union levels and the team of workers will accompany businesses to focus on removing difficulties in production and business, improving competitiveness, sustainable development, and ensuring jobs and income for workers.

These contents are concretized by promoting patriotic emulation movements, with the focus on effectively implementing the movements: The whole country emulation for innovation and creativity, digital transformation; Digital literacy; Good labor, creative labor...

Reality shows that workers need to be given all conditions to contribute their strength and intelligence through emulation movements. This means that emulation movements need to be concretized by clear criteria, associated with productivity, quality, KPI indicators, working days, awareness of compliance with regulations, rules and efficiency that benefits businesses... in each unit.

Along with that, commendation work must be focused on being implemented promptly, for the right people, for the right jobs. Only then can it create real motivation for workers to enthusiastically emulate, contributing to improving the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
