Commending 94 typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers in Bac Ninh province

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day June 28 (2001-2026), the Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to commend typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the period 2021-2026 at the Provincial Trade Union Workers' Counseling and Support Center (Bac Giang ward).

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Women's Union and representatives of 94 typical families commended on this occasion.

Speaking at the opening, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that in recent years, trade union levels in the province have always identified family building work among union members and workers as an important task, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, building a stable, progressive and sustainable working environment.

In the period 2021-2026, the Provincial Labor Federation will promote propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State related to family work, gender equality, domestic violence prevention and control, and child care and protection.

The whole province has propagated to more than 685 thousand female workers, civil servants, and laborers about directives, resolutions, and policies related to family work; more than 8.2 thousand female union members were educated about the qualities of Vietnamese women in the new era; more than 5.5 thousand people were equipped with knowledge to build a "5 no, 3 clean" family...

Thereby contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of union members and workers in building cultural and happy families. The movement to build cultural families has been widely deployed and achieved many positive results.

Every year, more than 90% of union member and worker families achieve the title "Cultural Family"; more than 95% of female union members register to strive for the title "Good at state affairs, good at housework" and more than 92% achieve the title.

At the conference, the organizing committee arranged a seminar program with the theme "Family - a place to sow seeds of value, a place to spread success", attracting the attention of delegates and union members.

Representatives of 3 families including: Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Duong, Head of Purchasing Department of Segyung Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Head of Nursing Department of Tu Son General Hospital; Mr. Than Van Thuc, official of Planning Department of New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. shared many practical experiences in maintaining family happiness, balancing work and life, as well as parenting methods in the modern social context.

Opinions all affirmed that love, understanding, responsibility and companionship between members are an important foundation for building a happy family. At the same time, family is a solid spiritual support to help workers overcome difficulties and work pressures, constantly innovate and contribute.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 94 typical worker families in the period 2021-2026. These are families with many outstanding achievements in labor, actively participating in trade union activities, building cultural families and raising good and studious children.
