Dowasen's Collective Labor Agreement also expands many standard-less welfare policies. In 2025, the Company spent nearly 14.4 billion VND on welfare and social security activities.

On the stable foundation of the Agreement, the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" is widely deployed throughout the company. In 2025, Dowasen has 24 registered technical innovation initiatives and solutions; 19 initiatives were awarded; 01 initiative proposed for provincial recognition, contributing to improving production - business efficiency and the quality of urban public services, typically the environmental sanitation workforce accompanying the 2nd Sa Dec Flower - Ornamental Plants Festival in 2025.

The company established a Labor Protection Council, built a network of 31 occupational safety and hygiene workers, fully implemented the combined accident insurance regime, and gradually formed a safe and friendly working environment for workers.
