Collective labor agreements center on employees

In that spirit, the 2025 Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) negotiated, signed and supervised by the Trade Union of Dong Thap Urban Water Supply and Environment Joint Stock Company (Dowasen) has become a "policy pillar" to ensure rights, expand welfare and create long-term motivation for employees.

The 2025 Collective Labor Agreement has fully specified the provisions of labor law, ensuring that 100% of employees are able to sign labor contracts in accordance with regulations; fully implementing the regimes on salary, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, working hours - rest, maternity benefits, holidays, Tet, sickness... Thanks to that, the average income in 2025 will reach 14.97 million VND/person/month, creating a stable foundation for the labor force.

Dowasen's Collective Labor Agreement also expands many standard-less welfare policies. In 2025, the Company spent nearly 14.4 billion VND on welfare and social security activities.

The highlight is the construction of 2 "Dowasen Shelters" with a total cost of over 1.51 billion VND, along with activities to take care of Tet, holidays, support union members in emergency difficulties, periodic health check-ups, sightseeing - vacations... All are specifically regulated in the Collective Labor Agreement, clearly demonstrating social responsibility and humanistic depth in the policy of caring for workers.

Encourage emulation movements, spread creativity from the grassroots

On the stable foundation of the Agreement, the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" is widely deployed throughout the company. In 2025, Dowasen has 24 registered technical innovation initiatives and solutions; 19 initiatives were awarded; 01 initiative proposed for provincial recognition, contributing to improving production - business efficiency and the quality of urban public services, typically the environmental sanitation workforce accompanying the 2nd Sa Dec Flower - Ornamental Plants Festival in 2025.

The company established a Labor Protection Council, built a network of 31 occupational safety and hygiene workers, fully implemented the combined accident insurance regime, and gradually formed a safe and friendly working environment for workers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Van An, a union member, shared that thanks to the welfare provisions clearly specified in the Collective Labor Agreement, workers are always given timely attention by the Union and the Company - from the "Dowasen Shelter" housing, support for emergency difficulties, to taking care of Tet, having regular health check-ups, visiting - relaxing; helping workers feel secure in sticking with the business for a long time.

According to Ms. Tu Thi Cam Tu - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Urban Water Supply and Environment Joint Stock Company, negotiating, signing and supervising the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement is not only a mandatory legal requirement but also a political responsibility and direct responsibility in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Each provision in the Agreement is built on the basis of listening to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, aiming at the goal of increasing income, improving working conditions, expanding benefits, retaining skilled workers and creating a favorable environment for workers to confidently contribute, promote initiatives, compete for good workers - creative workers throughout the company.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ca - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company affirmed: "Workers are the most valuable asset and also the foundation for creating competitiveness, reputation and brand of Dowasen. Collective labor agreements are a document committed to rights but also an 'internal policy framework', stabilizing the workforce, arousing a spirit of long-term attachment and gradually creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development goals of the enterprise.
