Mobilizing businesses to establish grassroots trade unions in Dong Hieu commune

On August 8, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union had just worked with a number of businesses in the area to propagate, mobilize, and guide the establishment of grassroots trade unions in accordance with the law and the policy of developing union members.

At the working sessions, the Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union exchanged with businesses about the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time guided the steps to establish grassroots Trade Unions according to regulations.

Through exchanges, businesses expressed their interest, consensus and response to the policy of establishing Trade Union organizations. The establishment of grassroots Trade Unions contributes to strengthening care for life, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

In the coming time, Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union will continue to propagate, mobilize, advise and support businesses that meet the conditions and have the need to establish grassroots trade unions; and at the same time strengthen the connection between the Trade Union organization and businesses and workers in the area.

Thereby, contributing to expanding the network of Trade Union organizations, gathering workers, improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
